    /North Carolina News Articles/ - DURHAM, NC, July 24, 2008 - On Tuesday, July 15th, Lori Bruhns, founder and owner of EVERYDAY TIDY, taught a class for new mothers at the BABIES 'R' US on Fayetteville Road in Durham, NC. The class, aimed at parents bringing home a new child, was in success and efficiency through organizing the home.

Lori Bruhns, the founder and owner of Everyday Tidy, knows the necessity of a well-organized and tightly-run household. As Lori explains, "I was a Spanish teacher to children of many ages for several years. That experience, coupled with the fact that I have twin toddlers and run my own business, has shown me the importance of a neat and tidy home. This isn't just about cleanliness and order - though that is a wonderful by-product. Organizing one's life and home can lead to more efficiency in day-to-day routines as well as frees one up to have more time to themselves. In a busy mother's life, this is of the utmost importance!" Lori brought her expertise to the new parents who attended her event in a myriad of ways.

Lori taught the parents on hand many ways to tackle what can often seem like a daunting task. Everyday Tidy's organization tips include taking one room at a time, keeping things simple, and knowing even when to say no to organizing a particular space! Mrs. Bruhns taught the parents in attendance how to sort clutter into more efficient categories so that they can find what they need quickly and easily. From the kitchen, to the laundry room, to the nursery, an organized house is a well run and efficient house. Parents who use Everyday Tidy's tips on organization will find they have more time to spend with their children, instead of searching for that important piece of paper, or realizing too late that they've run out of diapers!
