Home Buyer and Seller Information Session to be Held This Weekend
Falls Town Realty to Address Questions about Federal Homebuyer Tax Credit


CARY, NC, February 05, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Falls Town Realty, a Raleigh real estate firm specializing in the neighborhoods of North Raleigh and beyond, has announced that it has a few seats available for their no-cost information session for home buyers and sellers addressing questions regarding the Federal tax credit set to expire at the end of May 2010. The free session will be held from 9 AM - 11 AM, Saturday, February 6th at the Harrington Bank in Falls River Town Center in Raleigh. Registration is required.

"It's very important that people take action immediately if they are planning on buying a home and claiming the tax credit," says Stacey Graham, Raleigh real estate specialist with Falls Town. "In order to meet the deadlines for the credit, buyers should start looking for a home now. This valuable session will answer questions about the entire process from securing a mortgage to finding a home, to the financial implications of the purchase."

At the session will be a mortgage broker from Harrington Bank and a CPA to address the financial side of a home purchase, including questions and refinancing and accessing historically low interest rates. Seats are limited. It is offered at no charge but registration is required.
