IREM Greater Raleigh-Durham Chapter 105 to Hold 2nd Annual Speed Networking General Meeting on March 17th
Popular chapter event looks to repeat last year's success which connects sponsors with members


RALEIGH, NC, February 20, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Institute of Real Estate Management Greater Raleigh-Durham Chapter 105 (IREM) will be holding their Speed Networking General Meeting at noon on Wednesday, March 17th at McCormick and Schmick's Seafood Restaurant Oyster Room in Raleigh. The event will feature 13 Friends of IREM who will have an opportunity to speak directly to chapter members for five-minute timed intervals. This is the second year that the real estate management association has worked to directly connect chapter sponsors with members.

"Our first annual Speed Networking event was a big success. Last year, we were able to connect 45 participants with eight chapter sponsors for a lively and productive meet and greet," says Chapter President Tracey Johnson, CPM. "It's rewarding to not only be able to provide this opportunity to our sponsors as a way of thanking them for their continued support, but to also provide members with valuable contacts within the industry. It truly is a win-win, and we look forward to making our Speed Networking General Meeting an annual occurrence."
