PILOT MOUNTAIN, NC, February 07, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Toyota faced mounting pressure Thursday as the government started an investigation of brake problems with the Prius. The cautious automaker said it was "too soon" to decide if the hybrid was going to be added to the long list of recalled vehicles.

Asked whether Toyota would recall the 2010 Prius, spokesman Brian Lyons said: "It's too soon to call at this point. We will, of course, fully cooperate with NHTSA in that investigation."
