A Toast to the Triangle Announces Gold and Silver Sponsors
A Toast to the Triangle announces Gold and Silver Circle sponsors for the event on March 7. A Toast to the Triangle is a fundraising event for the Tammy Lynn Memorial Foundation.


RALEIGH, NC, March 05, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Mary Freeman, president and CEO of Tammy Lynn Center for Developmental Disabilities (www.tammylynncenter.org), announces today the Gold Circle and Silver Circle sponsors for the 2010 A Toast to the Triangle (www.atoasttothetriangle.org). The 25th annual event will be held on Sunday, March 7, 2010 at the North Carolina State University McKimmon Center in Raleigh.

"We are extremely thankful for the support given to Tammy Lynn Memorial Foundation by our sponsors," says Freeman. "We appreciate their commitment and involvement to help make this year's anniversary event the best yet."

Gold Circle sponsors have made a financial contribution of $5,000 for the event in support of the Center and include:

• Brasfield & Gorrie - Brasfield & Gorrie has a 40-year history in the Southeast as a full-service general contracting, construction management, and design/build service provider. The company's diverse experience includes: healthcare, industrial, office, institutional, retail, education, and water treatment facilities.
• Morrison Engineers - Founded in 1988, Morrison Engineers provides professional structural engineering services, as well as specialty design build excavation shoring and foundation supports services to clients located throughout the Southeast.
• One Source of NC, LLC - One Source is a Triangle-based, professional recruiting and staffing company working exclusively with architects, engineers and designers. It was established in 2001.

A Toast to the Triangle is the signature fundraising event for Tammy Lynn Memorial Foundation, Inc., which in turn supports the following programs and services of Tammy Lynn Center for Developmental Disabilities: Community Residential, Early Childhood Intervention, Respite Care, and non-Medicaid Day Services.

The event offers guests samples from nearly 40 of the Triangle's finest restaurants, caterers and purveyors of fine wines and specialty beers. Participants have the opportunity to bid on an array of donated items during the event's silent auctions. Restaurants also compete in a spirited, yet friendly, competition for one of six "Best in Show" food category awards.

A Toast to the Triangle was first held on April 6, 1986, at Carolina Place. Approximately $6,000 was raised to build residential facilities at Tammy Lynn Center. Since then, the event has been held annually to raise funds for Tammy Lynn Memorial Foundation, Inc., which in turn supports the following programs and services of Tammy Lynn Center for Developmental Disabilities: Community Residential, Early Childhood Intervention, Respite Care, and non-Medicaid Day Services.
