Kerr Welcomes Dick Domann
Veteran pharma, community leader joins Kerr Health


RALEIGH, NC, July 14, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Kerr Drug CEO Anthony Civello is pleased to announce the addition of Richard J. "Dick" Domann to the Kerr team. Domann's talents will be utilized within the Kerr Health business unit, as Vice President of Sales and Business Development.

Domann brings 30 years of pharmaceutical experience from GlaxoSmithKline and Johnson and Johnson. Dick began his pharmaceutical career in 1980 with McNeil Pharmaceuticals; he joined Glaxo Pharmaceuticals in 1983. He ascended through the GSK organization holding roles as Territory Sales Representative, District Sales Manager, Director of Government Development, Director of Strategic Operations-Trade, Managed Markets Chief of Staff, and Segment Vice President, Channel Sales.

Since moving to North Carolina in 1987, Domann has served on numerous charitable foundation boards and has been actively involved in North Carolina politics. He has served as Chairman of the GSK PAC Board of Directors, President of the Morrisville Rotary Club, and is currently Past Chair of the Cary Chamber of Commerce; he served as Chairman of the Cary Chamber of Commerce from 2008-2009.

An alumnus of the University of Wisconsin- LaCrosse (BS, Psychology), Domann has authored and published a novel entitled "The Ghost on Number 2" and is currently working on a second novel. Domann is married and has two grown children.
