McNinch, a senior graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Arts and Imaging Technology at Appalachian State University, was selected for her professionalism, strong communication skills, design creativity and her eagerness to learn.

In addition to her current classes and a part time job, Anna will be assisting Pink Penguin Solutions in various capacities from design to strategy to administrative support.
