POW Kids Chicago "Adopts" Skinner West Elementary School
POW Kids Chicago (www.powkidschicago.com) announces today that the company has recently "adopted" Skinner West Elementary School as part of the Box Tops for Education program.

CHICAGO, IL, November 19, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- POW Kids Chicago (www.powkidschicago.com) announces today that the company has recently "adopted" Skinner West Elementary School as part of the Box Tops for Education program. To support the school, POW Kids is collecting Box Tops for Education coupons from participating consumer products as part of a campaign that Avery Dennison implemented locally through Regency Office Products. POW Kids has set a goal of clipping and collecting enough coupons to earn $500 for the school by May 2012.

"We believe that it takes a community to raise a child, and we want to do our part for local students by tapping into our clients' collective buying power," says Katalin Rodrigues Orgren, owner and teacher at POW and POW Kids Chicago. "Our entire staff is encouraging all of our parents to join in the effort, and we hope to exceed our goal of donating $500 to Skinner West."

To launch the campaign, POW Kids has distributed collection boxes throughout its Chicago facility. POW Kids has also provided employees with materials so they can collect Box Tops while at home and will be measuring their growth on a monthly basis.
